General Features

Power Supply

  • Standard three-phase 230/400V 50Hz. On request three-phase from 24 to 690V 50/60Hz. Up to size EA at 2 and 4 poles available single phase 115V 50/60Hz and 230V 50/60Hz.
  • Tropicalization standard on all vibrators.
  • Winding insulation with vacuum incapsulating up to GA size included, drop by drop system from HA size.
  • Insulation class F (155°C) on request class H (180°C).
  • Suitable for operation with inverter (VFD) from 20Hz up to the rated frequency with constant torque load.
  • Thermistor PTC 130°C at request up to size LA, standard from size MA. On request anti condensation heaters.

Functioning

  • Working temperature from -20°C a + 40°C (on request +55° C).
  • Designed for continuous duty (S1) with 100% centrifugal force CF.
  • Standard mechanical protection IP 66.

Mechanical features 

  • Motor casing in aluminium up to size LA included, spheroidal cast iron from all other sizes. Weight covers in stainless steel AISI 304 for all the range.
  • Special execution bearings for continuous operation at 100%.
  • Labyrinth system for grease sealing to ensure the correct lubrication.
  • Eccentric weights regulation system with graduated scale.

Surface coating

  • Standard coating (120 micron thickness) with epoxy powder polymerized at 200°C. Surface treatment tested in salt spray for 500 hours.
  • On request polyurethane resin coating STEEL IT (USDA approved) suitable for food industry.
